Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a goal getter and a person that can serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.

Responsibility shall include:

  1. Customer care related activities
  2. Receive and response to calls, email, mail, social media, etc.
  3. Manage orders in the Physical Store at your work branch and online,
  4. Manage and write invoices for customer purchase and track the same through delivery services website and offline as provided by the company.
  5. keep proper record of Orders daily,
  6. Send Sales Report daily
  7. etc


• Must be able to grasp Product Knowledge with little or no supervision.

• Must have Quality Focus.

• Must have Problem Solving skills.

• Must have proper Documentation Skills.

• Listening and Phone Skills a MUST.

• Ability to Resolve Conflict between customers

• Ability to Multi-task.

• Minimum of OND/HND in related field of discipline.

• Professional qualification in Customer Service would be considered as added advantage.
